FACT: Apple doesn't access the database cache, emails, passwords, photos on your phone either.
Agreed. More often than not, Apple has tried to side with the user's interests. It's good business practice for them since an angry customer is not a good customer. And since their business model depends on people spending hard-earned cash for products, they need to make their users happy.
Wall Street and the marketplace seem to think they are doing an overall good job.

I like the idea about ePrint. May even go out and buy a compatible HP Printer. Can anyone tell me if using this service would cost me extra? I know that the printer would have its own email address, would that involve extra phone charges? Need information...thanks. :confused:

Without a reciept or without a reciept from an authorized dealer, Apple would still have to provide warranty service from the manufacture date.
Doubtful since their warranty does not transfer to a second hand buyer. If I were to buy an iPod and then sell it on ebay a few weeks later the new owner would not be covered.

You mean the preconception that a business suit is normal attire and has no logical comparison with the topic at hand? Yep.A business suit can make a potential assailant believe you are ripe for the picking, just as "being dressed like a prostitute" (whatever that means) could do. The comparison is apropos.

BTW, I do remember seeing a commercial like this done as a PSA here in the States. Maybe if we here in teh States still owned the airwaves as originally intended, we might have more PSA's. But that is a rant for the PF here.

In the UK, under its purely municipal law, there is a presumption that retail price management agreements are against the public interest, and therefore unenforceable. The world's biggest Viper dealer is up here about 45mins away from me. Woodhouse is THE place to go if you want to buy, or just gawk at, a ton of sweet Vipers. They're one of Dodge's biggest clients in the motorsports world, and expanded that to the street cars. Pretty sweet place. I bought my Talon from them years ago, and got to see The Viper Pit, as they call it. It is a sight to behold....

I got a chance to shoot a BMW Z4. I'm having a hard time editing the photos as the black just looks "crushed"? I'm not sure how to explain what I'm trying to say but I critique my photos a lot so basically I think this photo sucks but the owner thinks its good.

Also by your logic we are criminally involved in Iraq at the moment. Seeing as they were not aggressors against us, and we had no reason to invade.
The oil embargo was caused by the invasion of Japan to Indochina.
And yes, if the US invaded Iraq without any reason it would be a crime. This would be a whole new debate about if there were enough reasons to justify the Iraq war.
