Love the idea but the execution is a joke. So you download the app and get exactly one crappy game, Pong, and you have to wade through dozens of other games just to find it and play it.
Then if you want to get one of the good classics you get is in a "4-pack" that includes 3 games you don't care about. So if you really want all the classics you are essentially forced to buy all 100 games for $20.
Soooo, how many games did you get originally for $20? What a lame gripe!
Personally, I couldn't stand to listen to the primitive sound effects for the whole length of the attached video... my ears! my ears!

Does anyone know the legal music rights for selling videos? I have heard that if you make less than 500 copies, then you dont need to get rights to the music you use. Is that true? I will probably only make 2-300, selling them for maybe $5. I didnt use mainstream bands, but not local ones either. Any info would be appreciated.

:eek: you've got to be joking right now. it's not supposed to be cushy, it's supposed to be horrible, and it's supposed to last until the day they die if they don't get the death penalty. before we were talking about life in prison without parole versus the death penalty, and now you're saying that someone who is currently death penalty worthy in the states should be put in prison for 16 years and thats sufficient? Everyone here is quite happy with how Apple manages their personal data, but I bet a million dollars that not one of you has read the iTunes or App Store terms and conditions all the way through. We may one day find out that we all signed off on donating our DNA to Apple so that it could build a clone army of customers for the next million years.

This is my first post. It takes a lot for me to stop being a lurker, but the idea that any user can resize a textarea on a site I design, dynamically redrawing the page, is among the dumbest ideas I've ever heard. This will break valid page layouts in new and unheard of ways. Designers make form elements a size and shape for a reason.
Web designers will just have to become more sophisticated. They will have to learn to work with relative units. For example a button size should be specified as "m times the lenght of this string in the current user specified font" and a image size rather then being fixed might be "80% in the frames width as set by the user
We should get back to the way HTML markup is envisioned. The author tags the test by functions like "title" or "larger" and the browser descides how to display it

Jetta sales were up in November (http://wot.motortrend.com/new-2011-jetta-helps-vws-us-sales-grow-24-percent-in-november-9546.html), but it remains to be seen if they can maintain that of it was just the halo effect of releasing a new car. It iwll be interesting to see if the new cheaper-n-bigger Passat has similar success.
Regarding the design, personally I rather like the fact that they've gone for a Shooting Brake aesthetic rather than an ungainly 4 door one. Remember, Ferrari's are almost always controversial (entirely unlike Porsche). :)
I'll give you that...although the Sultan of Brunei's 456 "Venice" wagons managed to stay beautiful despite having four doors.
The Panamera and Cayenne are intensely ugly.
